What are the best time of knickers to wear under fitted tracksuit bottoms or Capri Pants when at the gym to avoid vpl?

id go for a cotton thong, sized up one or two sizes

sarah1996 · 17/09/2014 14:45

Thanks. Are there any other options as I am not keen on thongs.

Tesco seamless shorts are good, and cheap!

Go for pants without a seam (m and s do loads), and if possible, get them in the "shorts" sort of style.

I despise thongs at the gym. You can usually still see the line of the thong under the trousers (the top of the T shape if you like), and it's blatantly obvious that the person is wearing one as their arse is jiggling around.

It's a personal choice - I don't say I judge the women for wearing them, but for me personally, it's not a look I would actively go for.

does anyone really care about a vpl at a gym ?

Skinheadmermaid · 17/09/2014 16:05

I wear shorts over my leggings or a longer top to avoid this problem. Much more flattering too and my big bum needs the support!
