Definitely a guy, thought at first those legs belonged to Andy Biersack (young rock singer) but the tattoos don't match, he wears very similar boots.

Ooh I think you might have solved it Mrs. They look like patent leather in the first picture but I don't think they are actually. They have the same toe shape as the original picture.

The Gucci ones have a lower heel, it's not them.

They are Cuban heeled mod boots.

They're the YSL ones, definitely. If you zoom in on them, they have the stitching over the front which David's don't. Glad he was nice to you though, plastic- especially as YSL nicked his design

Also, those are naff Chelsea-rock-star-wannabe designer jeans, so YSL boots make sense. I'd bet my first born child that he's also wearing a deep v neck t shirt and has a tidy beard
