What jacket with this dress for work?

I bought a mango 'navy ponte dress' recently and I'm trying to figure out what jacket (or shrug or cardigan?) would go with it to make it OK for work - I prefer wearing sleeves at work so don't want to wear on its own.

They don't seem to stock the dress any more but i have managed to find a picture:

I am size 12 and 5ft 6. Can anyone help please!

I'd go with a long line boyfriend cardigan for a casual look, or a shorter fitted jacket to be smart. Probably in a different colour, as it's hard to match navy

How about a white long sleeve blouse underneath? Fab dress.
