Post pregnancy flattering tops

I'm after some tops for my return to work that will flatter and cover my now very rounded protruding tummy having recently given birth. Anything I've tried clings to my stomach and is unflattering, can anyone help me?? Grin

I find peplum tops flattering and they still seem to be around. My mummy tummy was centred below my belly button and it hid that bit and accentuated the smaller bit. I also like skater dresses.

Neither are BF friendly though if you're doing that! www.asos.com/asos/asos-smart-peplum-top-with-v-neck/prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=3830661&clr=Cream&SearchQuery=peplum+tops

Wallis have some very tummy flattering styles at the mo - wrap tops, things with a twist at the bottom, blousons (where they are gathered in at the hem so the rest sort of floofs out). I have a proper little podge at the mo and bought a dress version of one of these: www.wallis.co.uk/en/wluk/product/clothing-265973/tops-265992/blue-petite-embellished-top-3243198?bi=41&ps=20 It has two pieces of fabric that cross over and hang down at the front and therefore cover a multitude of sins. There are loads of different colours etc.

(PS not on commission, just depressed by size of belly and relieved to have found a shop where not everything bloody body con)

Try Oasis. Their block seems to be quite forgiving at the moment. I fitted into a medium post pregnancy (was a 12 / 14 before) so also made me feel happy!

Oh great thanks Doje, that's another store I always forget about, I'll take a look...

Keep 'em coming! Grin
