Waterproof coat with hood, recommendations please

I would like a longish waterproof coat with a hood for everyday use. I'm a sahm and DD2 loves nothing better than a wet day spent jumping in muddy puddles. I mainly wear jeans and leggings with boots or wellies and I'm about a size 16.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had one from Pepe Jeans which was great. I've just ordered one from Boden because I'd heard good reviews of them being warm and dry but I'm having second thoughts - their twee emails are pissing me off, and NSDH keeps saying their clothes are for younger people than me.

So, all in, I'm not much help but I'm watching with interest!

I'm currently considering a Stutterheim bit pricey though.

I've just bought a Seasalt waterproof coat online from a shop called Jarolds. It was reduced from £120 to £60 so really pleased. Fingers crossed it fits, as I think I got the last one!
