Nude tights!

I need some nude tights to wear to a smart wedding.
Any recommendations please?

Are they shiny or matt?
I think I want shiny Kate-esque?
Do they tan or do I fake tan?

They're matte and come in a pale shade, which I am, so don't know re tan... I prefer the "not wearing tights" look when it comes to nude tights.

Personally I'm not too keen on shiny nude tights. I think Kate looks a little bit like she's borrowed her mums tights. M&S do good ones called 'slip resist' I think they come in mat and shiny. I wouldn't bother with fake tanning as well,the tights should give you a bit of colour.

Agree to Kate looking like her mum in the shiny ones but not sure if matt, sheer tights are worse?
I wouldn't really contemplate nude tights other than for this wedding as I have a bit of eczema on my legs, unsure if tights or this look worse?!

Wolfords for tights, they do a nude and a natural in a variety of finishes some without toes for sandals and so on.

Disagree. Matt sheer tights look frumpy and your legs don't look good. Sheer and shiny is the way to go.

I wear nude tights a lot. Spend the time to get the shade right, the worst possible thing is too pale.

shiny as in oiled look not the funny shimmer effect. No more than 7 denier.

Falke Perfect Skin tights are the best I've ever tried, not just in terms of excellent colour but they are really good quality material and have lasted and washed well. Highly recommend them as a brand.
