What's the best Merrell Wakefield type coat?

I want a Merrell Wakefield type coat/jacket, preferably a little less expensive although I'll pay that and more if it's worth it.

I need something that's long, to cover my bum when it's raining, waterproof, reasonably fitted so it doesn't look like I'm wearing a sack (I'm slim but quite short) and practical for walking and bad weather wearing but which will look fairly stylish for day to day wearing, shopping etc.

Does anyone have any miracle suggestions?

I was looking at some of the Ilse Jacobsen soft shells. I want something that I can put on going to a meeting or the park, will keep me dry and mot of all warm - I'm freezing even in summer so I need a warm coat. I like some of the colours though. I hate wearing black in winter.

Thanks, I'll take a look. The deciding factor might be that it's too warm! I overheat rather than feel the cold!
