Does anyone have a khaki parka?

I am thinking if getting one for the weekends but I don't know if it's a dated look. I'm looking for something warm and casual and I like the look but I'm useless when it comes to style

I have had one for a few years and it is very useful. Goes with lots and can be accessorized differently. I do also have a navy warmer one that I find really useful too.

I'm thinking about getting this they have a khaki one too. I tried a small on in the shop and it was big on me. I never thought I would be buying an extra small anything!

It's nice isn't it. I tend to overthink purchases like this, especially at that price. Im not a fan of khaki but I think that would go with most things. I got soaked on my way into work the other day and I forgot my brolly so this is why I'm on a coat with a hood search.

Khaki parka here, from Topshop or River Island. It has a detachable fleecy lining, which makes it warm, but it is not waterproof. Goes with everything, can be tarted up, and it slightly more flattering than the current ubiquitous cocoon coat.

i ordered the great plains nosey parker one which is in their sale at £42 .I like khaki it is one of my colours. I also wondered if they would still be in fashion this year but not too bothered. Would have preferred the st peters berg black coat with fur collar but sold out now in my size.

I have a satiny khaki one from Zara. Very cosy and padded. I didn't get a huge amount of wear out of it last winter because it was so mild, but will no doubt dig it out soon.

Mine came from Miss Selfridge in the Petite range. It's lasted very well and it's nice and quilted inside. I also like the fit of it.

I think if you like khaki parkas, you should get one. I'd say to go for a lined one though as some can be quite thin.

Surely your title should read 'does everyone have a khaki parka'

It certainly feels like it every time I wear mine, it's like a winter uniform.

I have a navy parka. I used to have a khaki one but felt a bit 'Army Surplus' in it!
Teenage girls where I am were all wearing this sort of coat last winter.

I love my khaki parka, goes with everything. It'll be coming out again for the autumn.

I'm nearly fifty and it looks fab on me and I also bought one for my sons girlfriend (one of her birthday presents) who will be 20 and it will look fab on her, but obviously when I see them I will be wearing a different coat!

It's showerproof and warm.
