Tights help needed-what denier do I need?

I want some nice black tights that aren't see through. What denier do I need? Who does good but reasonably priced ones? Tia

I wear 70 or 80 - not see through, but not so thick that they look like leggings.

I wear 40 and find they're opaque enough. I tend to buy them from M&S.

Primark had some reasonable opaques, 40 or 60D

I wear the M&S Autograph ones; they're 60 denier and silky. £8 a pair but definitely worth is.
