What sort of coat are you wearing this week? Don't want to freeze when I visit next week! It was 15C in Essex this morning so I chucked a gilet on. Thoughts?

Alternating between my big Boden waxed coat thing and a tweedy number from Ness. It was very very wet here today and we can safely say autumn has arrived. Although it was actually quite warm when the sun came out! Sorry, that is less than helpful.

Actually that is helpful; if it's autumn weather I'll bring my autumn coat. I really feel the cold (thyroid ishoos) and want to make sure I pack the right stuff to keep cosy!

It's very erratic, I've worn a jersey blazer and a mac but could have done with a full heavy coat today... Scotland huh!

Layers, if you are doing the fringe you will be roasting to death in the venues then freezing outside in the beer gardens. You will need a waterproof, umbrellas don't work in scotland.
