Looking for suggestions for nail varnish for a manicure and pedicure to go with this colour dress.

I usually wear a deep red but not sure if another colour would look better. I'm wearing it with gold peep toe shoes.

Thanks

Gold or light pink.

Depends on the occasion

It's a charity dinner dance thing so quite dressy.

Also, should I go for the same colour on fingers and toes? Like I said I always stick to dark red so unsure about other colours.

What colour is your clutch bag?

Nails inc baker street is the same colour as your dress if you want matchy matchy. Its beautiful on toes.

Can we see the shoes and clutch please!

Finger and toes don't need to match. Toe colour to compliment shoes, fingers to compliment dress or clutch bag.

That's how I play it anyway.

Here's a picture of the shoes and bags. Will look into the nails inc colour.

Taupe would be nice, I think - something like Chanel Particuliere or OPI You don't know Jacques. Essie Mink Muffs could also be an option.

Chanel Vendetta or Chanel Taboo could also work - they are a bit darker. They are both dark purple and quite similar, Taboo has more glitter than Vendetta. There are cheaper dupes available if needed.

You can go for the same colour on fingers and toes or different colours, depending on your taste. If I had to go and buy new polish, I'd probably just go for one colour for all. If I had two suitable colours already, I'd probably use one on hands, one on toes.
Same on all might be considered a bit old fashioned, but at the same time, I doubt that people will notice massively when you're wearing peep toes.

I've just realised how old I sound calling it nail varnish....Smile obviously should be polish!
