Help, need an outfit for a naming ceremony

I have the honour of being a god parent at an alternative christening thing, I have to give a speech.

This will all be I trendy London, so what to wear ?

I'm 5'4, size 8/10, good legs, cannot wear anything with a high/crew neckline.

I have £50 to spend.

Can anyone suggest anything good? I am 37 and usually shop in top shop, Zara, h&m, all saints, whistles,
