Just that really- my feet are awful was thinking of booking an appt and getting all the dry skin etc removed - will I be pleased with the results?

I go to one and feel like a new woman afterwards. I have quite thick big toenails and struggle cutting them. So he deals with that.
All hard skin removed ( although I do that regularly myself)

I haven't the prettiest feet in the world..very long bony size 9s. But going to him makes them look better. I always paint toenails.

Thank you. Any rough idea how much I will expect to pay?

I pay £25 (wilts). Worth every penny.

Whats the difference between a pedicure session and a session with a chiropodist?

I had some cracking to my heels which is largely resolved with Flexitol but there is still some thicker skin to my heels and the ball of my foot. They are also very dry despite a nightly coating of Scholl cream plus cotton socks.

Do I need a pedicure or to see a chiropodist?

Pedicure is more superficial.. A beauty treatment
Chiropodist will assess your feet properly..they are trained.

Stick with the chiropodist. I also regularly go to get a couple of problem nails and hard skin sorted by a professional.
Always feel so much better.

I then just get a nail paint in a beauty salon.

I pay more than prices mentioned so far but my chiropodist is not only highly trained but works in Central London.
