As a lumpy menopausal mum I decided to splash out on new, flat, shiny, burgundy Oxfords.They are gorgeous. Have now realized I have no idea what to wear them with. Suggestions on fashion sites include short frilly skirts and ripped up boyfriend jeans. Probably not good for me!
Any suggestions? I am a classic tubby apple shape with a vast chest.

Some grey or navy flannel wide legged tailored trousers, and a denim shirt with the sleeves rolled up, perhaps with a layered long sleeved t-shirt underneath. Or a crepe or silk tailored t-shirt blouse, tucked in at the waist.
