Crest Whitening Strips advise

I'm thinking of buying some Crest Whitening Strips, but there seems to be quite a few to choose from.

Does anyone use them?
Are there any that work better than others?
Which ones are the best?

I bought some 8 yrs ago off eBay to use before my wedding and they were fab. Id use again.

I tried the 21 day 3d pro ones recently (they seem to have got the best reviews) but gave up after a few days as my teeth were getting quite sensitive and didn't see much improvement.

Pearldrops have a new product out (peardrops pure whitening kit) but so far i haven't found any reviews, has anyone tried it?

I use bicarbonate of soda from the kitchen. Not sure if it has any effect but it is certainly cheap and painless!

I used the crest strips recommended for sensitive teeth last year before my wedding. My teeth can be sensitive normally but I pared it with sensitive toothpaste (that one on the advert where they get random people to rub it on then drink cold water, can't think of the name) and they were a little sensitive but not bad, if they got a bit too much I just skipped a day.

They did really work and I bought an extra pack for top ups - which I've not gotten around to. The only thing is that I randomly developed some white spots on my teeth a few months after using them, they've now faded again but I don't know if it was down to the strips or something else and i'm now a bit scared about using them again although my teeth are heading down the coffee stained route again.

I have used the original ones which whitened well but made my teeth INCREDIBLY sensitive - so last time I got the sensitive kind, and they whitened just as well with no sensitivity at all!

I've used two types - can't remember what they were called - one basic and one stronger - both had excellent and long lasting effects. The only difference was the cheaper one had to be left on longer which was a chore. Didn't have any significant tooth sensitivity but I had to be careful it didn't get on my gums as it would 'burn' a bit. Must remember to get some more
