Best moisturiser for under make up??

I'm late 30's with combination skin & looking for tips for a good moisturiser to apply after serum (EL) & before make up

Soap and Glory 'feel good factor' it's called a bb cream, but it's translucent and just right for me post cleansing and under makeup - am in 30s and combo skin too - it has spf25 and provides just the right amount of moisture without clogging at all.

I like my oil free Estée Lauder daywear SPF 25. But it goes on after serum

I like Good Things Miracle Mattifier. It smells lovely and absorbs straightaway. I don't use a serum, but I can't see why it wouldn't behave with one.
