I use Gosh Kohl pencil which is the best I've found so far but it does smudge and it doesn't last too long on my water line. Does anyone know of a good eyeliner pencil that lasts especially on the waterline? Preferably not too expensive as I'm dubious due to having about 10 eyeliners that have been used once and discarded! Although I am willing to spend on one that really works!
