Bikini's for a bigger bust (32e)

Everything I've tried on so far looks a bit page 3 (well more readers wives) or like a frumpy cross your heart bra.

Where's good? I've looked at Bravissimo but they don't have my size in the ones I like.

Try ASOS. I got a lovely Gossard triangle one from there.Pour Moi from Figleaves also.
I have always bought cup sized swimwear but tried a standard size (12) and it worked.

Lweji · 10/08/2014 22:58

Have you checked Belle lingerie, on sale?

Lweji · 10/08/2014 22:59

Why have the ones you tried look like page 3? Do they spill out?

lurkingaround · 10/08/2014 23:05

Great time of year to pick up bikinis at a reduced price. Figleaves is good. Local underwear shops. Local dept store had a load of Sea Folly on sale. I've seen Hoola linked here, not bought them myself. I'm a 28-30f or g(usually) but I'm not so fussy about bikini sizing. I have a few figleaves ones that are 32 and fine.

Lweji · 10/08/2014 23:07

Or Figleaves

itiswhatitiswhatitis · 10/08/2014 23:12

Lweji any of the triangle shaped ones just don't seem to cover up properly. I don't mind a bit of cleavage but it was more of a spilling out situation.

Thanks everyone for the links will take a look

I am 30DD/E and tend to use balconette shapped bikinis instead of triangular.
If you have spillage you may need a bigger cup.

KristinaM · 10/08/2014 23:42

I'm a 30FF ish and I always wear underwired bikinis. Little triangles of fabric just don't work for me

WillYouDoTheFandango · 10/08/2014 23:52

I either get next or debenhams ones. Not sure if they have got rid of all theirs now post summer.

lurkingaround · 10/08/2014 23:55

Oh absolutely underwired!! I have one non-underwired bikini from Primark about 2 years ago, I love it, Missoni-esque with subtle gold straps, triangle-y, but it is ONLY for lying on a sun lounger. No activity, no swimming, nothing fast Grin. I'd throw it away except I love it. Useless support.

Eastpoint · 11/08/2014 06:44

Have a look on the Outnet, Matches etc for reduced Heidi Klein & Melissa Odabash bikinis. I'm the same size & have had success recently.

SanityClause · 11/08/2014 06:48

Look at the Figleaves website. Freya do some nice ones in larger cup sizes.

elspethmcgillicuddy · 11/08/2014 06:48

Are you truly a 32e? Have you been measured by a proper place like bravissimo (ie not M&S)?

I am a 30f (or 32e) and in no way would describe myself as well endowed. Worth checking your size I think.

Pastperfect · 11/08/2014 07:34

I'm a 32e and mostly stick to asos, or some if the designers at debenhams who have cup sized bikinis - mine get a lot of wear so always reluctant to spend £££

justabigdisco · 11/08/2014 07:37

Debenhams have a decent range up to 32E but it's the wrong time of year to buy swimwear unfortunately!

beachywaves · 11/08/2014 07:49

Simply Beach.

Ninjabread · 11/08/2014 08:07

Freya are great. You will struggle with a triangle, as the weight of your boobs hurts your neck.

madamweasel · 11/08/2014 08:09

Freya have sized bikini tops and separate bottoms. I'm 32e and all my bikinis are Freya Smile

ilovechops · 11/08/2014 08:16

Hoola looks fab! Never heard of them and been looking for years!

I always order from figleaves, I am usually a 30F but often seem a size bigger in bikinis. Freya are ok but their shapes are sometimes a bit frumpy I feel. Those Hoola ones look great!

Paddingtonthebear · 11/08/2014 08:24

Im a 32f, I bought this Freya halterneck bikini from bra stop a few months ago, brilliant price, fits perfectly and it's lovely

Paddingtonthebear · 11/08/2014 08:24

I got mine from Debenhams and M&S. Bravissimo measure me at 32F but I am more comfortable in 34E.

One is Mantary and looks like this it only works because of the piece of fabric running under the bust (ie your boobs droop over that bit but it still looks good) I think mine is a size 18. I am actually a size 12-14 but needed the extra material for the cups.

No normal triangular bikini top looks good because there is no support. The other bikini top I have is halter neck and underwire from M&S and has an actual cup size on it.

I didn't want to look like I was wearing a fancy bra, hence the halterneck.

Ninjabread · 11/08/2014 09:35

Freya halter necks hurt my neck too much.

Paddingtonthebear · 11/08/2014 12:25

I can't wear non under wired halter necks but if you find a decent underwired one then the wire cups and back strap should do all the support and the neck tie doesn't need to be that tight

5madthings · 11/08/2014 12:26

I got s nice one from bravissimo 32g and they will order in if they don't have your size, they dud for me.

Also have a nice figleaves one.
