Moisturisers....

hi,
I'm looking to change my moisturiser and investing in my skincare a bit more. Any suggestions of a good moisturiser for early 30s lady? I've heard good things about liz Earle products?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

People seem to love or hate Liz Earle. I quite like it and it suits my skin.
What's your skin type and what do you want your moisturise to do?

Yeah, completely depends on your skin type really. I'm a big fan of no 7 serum and I always use an spf in my moisturiser.

I like the more pharmaceutical brands like Bioderma, Avene or La Roche Posay. Check their websites for advice on products that will suit your skin type. Prices are reasonable.

I am 33 with combination/ dehydrated skin.

I am using Indeedlabs Hydrauluron moisture jelly in the morning- Boots sent me a £3 off voucher and it had 1/3 off. I quite like it as its really light and good for under makeup.

In the evening I use Cerave PM cream, which is £13 for 90ml on amazon. It gets great reviews on makeupalley. It has niacinamide to reduce discoloration and hyaluronic acid to plump up the skin plus ceramides to restore your skins barrier. Similar creams cost about £25 for 30ml so its a bargain.

Thanks for advice. I quite liked the look of liz Earle as it isn't tested on animals and it's all natural products....but it doesn't contain a SPF which I have religiously been using.
I've tried no 7 and I'm not a fan of the moisturiser....the serum is good though.

I don't like Liz Earle as I find the smell really horrible. I had a pot of the superskin cream and it had an odd fishy smelly to it. The facial oil had a very overpowering smell as well. Bleurgh, not for me!

I am using Nuxe Crème Prodigieuse at the moment and I like it a lot. I use a separate SPF.

I really rate the Eucerin range. Liz Earle is hugely over priced and had list my custom since selling out to Avon and changing the cleanse and polish formula.

The superdrug vitamin e range is lovely and not tested on animals. They do an SPF day cream too.

I use bits from different ranges but Alpha H is my absolute favourite brand. You can get some good starter kits online
