For 13yo dd so touché éclat is out of the question. She has bad dark circles and has tried a few really cheap versions like collection 2000. I've lent her a mac concealer and that didnt help.

This is good Comes in different shades. I am deadly pale and have the light.

GalaxyInMyPants · 09/08/2014 18:14

That looks ideal. Thanks Remus.

That phwoar paint is excellent.

If her circles are blueish then lily Lilo do a yellow concealer called peepo which is great and very effective.

GalaxyInMyPants · 09/08/2014 19:38

They're more black than blue.

Soap and glory do a good one- has a kind of sparkle in it and seems to reduce puffiness too

I bought this Collection 2000 one on MN recommendation.

Super cheap and as good if not better than many of the pricey concealers i've tried over the years.

I have the Collection 2000 linked above. It's easily as good as, and possibly better than any fancy schmancy expensive ones.

butterfliesinmytummy · 09/08/2014 20:45

Collection 2000 is excellent, does she know how to apply it properly? Can you find a you tube video for her? It's much more effective if you can apply it properly.

TobyZiegler · 09/08/2014 20:48

I too was going to say collection 2000... You just have to tell her less is more... It's thick and she doesn't want to end up looking like she's caked it on.

She's got a collection 2000 one but not the one in a link.

I'll get her to watch some videos. It never looks caked on, just doesn't seem to make a difference at all.

She doesn't wear foundation. Just wants to cover up her bags.

I'm no use as I'm clueless.

She puts it on with her finger, not a brush so I'll get her a brush.

I agree with Remus, 17's Pwhoar Paint is fab. I've tried the Collection 2000 one and didn't get on with it (I've very dark circles), the 17 one is the best I've tried

GalaxyInMyPants · 09/08/2014 22:07

I've just checked and its Natural collection not collection 2000 that she's got.

So will check both out in boots tomorrow.
