nursing bras and bra intervention?

I had a baby 6 weeks ago and when I went to John lewis to get a nursing bra before baby was born they fitted me with a 40k nursing bra (with room for milk to come in) but I didn't buy it because it wasn't any easier to get my nipple out than pull down a normal bra! However since having baby I'm back in my old 40f bras and I don't actually think my boobs are that much bigger despite breastfeeding.

When I can find a tape measure I'll measure myself but are there any tips for doing the bra intervention for nursing bras?

Basically it's the same - obviously the size is only ever a starting point.

If you are wearing non wired bras then you will never get the central gore to lie flat - just doesn't happen! There are some wired options such as the anita

It is safe to wear underwires when feeding so long as you ensure the wire fits perfectly. You can also buy normal bras and convert using the clips you get on ebay
