Faux leather and stretching!

I've bought this skirt in 2 sizes to try both.. The 12 fits beautifully just now, the 10 is nice but just slightly snug.. I've not bought faux leather in a while but my experience of it was that it did tend to stretch quite a lot after being first worn. Is this still the case and so should I go for the size 10 and return the 12?

I would go for the size 12, even if it stretches a bit it would still look better than the size 10 that if snug has the look of being stayed on. Nothing worse than uncomfortable clothes.
