Supportive non wired bra

I had a reduction 9 months ago, recently got myself measured at Bravissimo and disappointingly I'm now a 32F

I find wired bras now very uncomfortable and a 32 back size restrictive so am currently wearing an m&s sports bra 34E.

Can anyone recommend a comfortable non wired bra in my size that gives some support, I tried Next bit theirs were so uncomfortable all the side seams rest on part of my scaring.

Thank you

Freya Deco is generally a good supportive bra and it has a non-wired option.

The Panache Sophie (which they sell at Bravissimo) is usually quite good. It's generous enough in the band to be able to wear a size smaller so a 32 should definitely feel fine.
