Some advice about toast returns...

Ordered a couple of jackets ...soft denim from sale! One is a 12 snd other a 10. They have sent me it in a large box which will cost me a fortune to a return. I will definitely be returning one of them. Do I have to return it in the box or can I put it in a bag?

Put it in a bag or padded envelope

It doesn't say anything in their returns section about returning in the original packaging so I would think a bag would be fine.

Well it said on the slip inside that you need to return in the package sooo....
i emailed them and they said i can put it into whatever package suits :)
I am so happy with the jacket. Keeping the 10 as its very generous. Its so stylish
