sometimes she'll have a really itchy spell, other times nothing. but always happens when she's hot

got an appointment with the docs next week but wondered if anyone could recommend any good creams? e45 and aveeno don't seem to help. children's antihistamine helps, but takes a while to kick in

I suffer with similar and I tend to use either Lush dream Cream or Superdrugs VitE body cream. I also find that running cold water over flannels or towels then wringing them out and then laying them over the itchiest parts really helps sooth the itch

Add bicarb to her bath, and/or oats. Google it for explanations and dosing. Smile

I suffer from itchy skin when my body temp is higher, (it's dreadful when I'm pregnant). I have found Vaseline aloe Vera rehydrating gel works wonders, it's probably better to buy online as not a lot of places stock it. Cold compresses do certainly help with the itching in the meantime.

Eurax lotion is brilliant. The lotion spreads easier than the cream.

epaderm but the squirty cream not the solid ointment - can get on prescription (for eczema) but also can buy in Boots for around£10-12
