Waterproof Coat

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a really nice waterproof coat with hood? I want something light and easy to pack (in case the weather turns wet). Preferably one with a nice pattern and not too expensive. Any ideas?

I got one of those 'parka in a pocket' ones for £9 from Primark. I keep it in my bag in case it rains. They do various colours and patterns. I mentioned it on here a few weeks ago and a few people said that they hadn't found them to be waterproof enough, but I haven't had any problems!

I've ordered a Seasalt Hellweathers for myself. Bargain price of £69

They didn't have a ten in the cormorant so I've ordered it in flood which is a light to mid blue.

I bought one from Trespass, it isn't patterned but is in a raspberry pink colour that I like; it cost £35, and it has good waterproofing and a hood that has a peak over my forehead which is good to keep the rain off my face. It folds small too.

Wow! Thanks for all your suggestions. Some really nice ones suggested...love some of the seasalt ones and asos ones. Has anyone tried this one?

I don't think the New Look one will be waterproof. Maybe showerproof. It does look nice.
