I know!! I recently bought my mam a red polka dot one because she doesn't drive and needs to carry her shopping home but she wouldn't be seen dead with one of those old lady tartan ones! So i got her this red polka dotty one and she loves it!
It made me ponder buying my own one but at 37 I'm just not "there" yet Smile. i could do with one though, i don't drive and what will i do when the toddler is out of her buggy?!

Dh drives in fairness but i like not relying on him totally!

I've always fancied one but when I spied a funky one in TK Maxx and suggested it to my friends they were so aghast that I (weakly) didn't buy it.

Yes, its hard when you lose the buggy..but then sadly i end up taking the car. I like to walk as it helps me maintain my weight..but the thought of carrying milk and lots of heavy things puts me right off..so i end up taking the car.

Yes I would avoid one at all costs! Even my mum thought it was a bit 'old lady' when she bought it and she is 75!
