Please does anybody know if I can return a necklace without a receipt

I think it would be an exchange and only at the current selling price although I am not too sure

They give a credit voucher at current selling price. Have a look on their website to see how much it is.

You would get a credit note at the current selling price as long as it is unused in original packaging.
