Why didn't I know about official shops on ebay?

I decided I need to smarten up my work clothes a bit but don't have a huge budget. I like some of the plainer Boden stuff but it is expensive for me.
Then I stumbled across their official shop on ebay. How could this have passed me by until now?!
One dress and blouse winging their way to me right now at a fraction of the rrp. I know they're probably last season but that doesn't bother me.
Are there any other of these official shops that I should be looking out for?

I've used the Boden one successfully, ie bought and kept and bought and sent back.

There's also a Joules one if you are interested, run by the same people I think. I've not used that one though.
I've not found any others, so interested if anyone has any recommendations.

Laura Ashley have a furniture one. The pain is that you have to collect the items from their warehouse though.

CointreauVersial · 02/08/2014 22:58

Not S&B, but Tesco Online have one, which is brilliant for cameras, electronics etc.

Mybigfatredwedding · 02/08/2014 23:05

Oh gosh I have just looked up Sugarhill Boutique and my question is why haven't I ever heard of that before - gorgeous stuff!

pandarific · 03/08/2014 10:35

Jellypudmum · 04/08/2014 00:04

Do you just type in the shop name into search on ebay home page?

AnonyMust · 04/08/2014 07:14

How do you find them?

DesperateHousewife21 · 04/08/2014 07:29

Dune have one I got some gorgeous leather ankle boots last year half price.

margaritasbythesea · 04/08/2014 07:38

I never know how to find them either. I tried looking for sugarhill boutique on the page given above and couldn't find it!

ihatethecold · 04/08/2014 07:51

Dangerous thread. Grin

splodgeness · 04/08/2014 13:07

Fantastic, thank you (I think!).

Has anyone used the "Make offer" function to great success? How much are they likely to accept?

DesperateHousewife21 · 04/08/2014 14:18

Sometimes the homepage advertises them especially if they have a sale on.

pandarific · 04/08/2014 20:14

Ahh sorry guys it looks like the sugarhill boutique is gone now. :( It used to exist though! Looks like they're on Amazon though.

I think annoyingly enough you need to search in google to find the ebay official outlet shops - they don't seem to pop up for me if I look in ebay itself, or maybe I'm doing it wrong.

LBOCS · 04/08/2014 20:19

Aspinal of London have an official shop, for 'second' quality leather goods.

bouquetofpencils · 04/08/2014 21:26

Argos is seller:argos in the search field.

To search a brand try seller: then name of brand. However if they have used an amended name such as a _ instead if a space that might not work.

In saved searches you can also save sellers so you can keep tabs.

Also look at the link I posted up thread with the list of retailers. You can click on the retailer name to get to their eBay page.

Jellypudmum · 04/08/2014 21:46

Thank you, bouquet. I'll have a look!
