It may be sunny but for some the next seasons are the best for fashion so here is a thread to start planning.

Today I bought some patterned tights in New Look that were on sale and I have seen quite a few things I want for the next season.

:) I now can't afford the shoes that I do need, because I spent all my money on the jacket that I didn't really need (but loved too much to leave in the shop!).

Deluge · 07/08/2014 17:44

I'm skint but need loads!

A new coat - I really want a black coat in soft, swshy, 'luxe' material whch can be worn with or without a belt/tie...hmmm

A new casual jacket - not sure which style? Biker jackets look awful on me.

A couple of shift dresses for work

Ankle boots that are delicate, fit my skinny ankles and arent sky high...couldnt find the style i had in my head last year

tethersend · 07/08/2014 18:12

Yy, sleeves are very long- I'm a bit of a T. rex so roll them up a little.

lurkingaround · 07/08/2014 19:09

Just read this thread thru. Love your new leather jacket Remus, but green?? Where is it green?!

I didn't think I had an autumn list but now I realise I want a Dumbo coloured leather jacket. And I really fancy a pale blue coat. I don't need one, but I'd like one. So I will probably not buy . Boden have one I like the look of. I know! Let me find the link. Here we go.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 07/08/2014 19:19

Honestly, it looks a really deep green irl - dp thinks so too. But the lining is deffo grey and I think the leather is too - it must be something about the light.

I keep going upstairs to stroke it! Grin

lurkingaround · 07/08/2014 19:30

Ah! I'm sure in the soft autumn light it will look grey. Anyway if it's from Mint Velvet it's definitely grey! Did you see their jewellery? It's really nice I thought. Most is light and easy to wear. Not keen on the 2 big necklaces tho.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 07/08/2014 19:31

Didn't look at anything bar the v small sale rail tbh.

MagicCarpet · 07/08/2014 23:28

Um, I may have bought gold boots too… Grin
I intend to wear them with midi dresses and peeking out under flares.
Tethers - thanks for etsy link, I don't mind vintage or new, but I think that pair wouldn't be fitted enough through the thigh and hip. The search continues!
Awaiting your gold boots pic!

SpottyMoo I too am after a kilt. One with brown in sounds very useful, will post a link if I see one

I like that Next kilt Mad I had a near identical one when I was 15 which is making me hesitate slightly.

Coumarin · 09/08/2014 01:28

Think I might get it and see what it's like on.

Crutchlow35 · 09/08/2014 07:39

The next Kilt is lovely but so short!

spottymoo · 09/08/2014 08:17

I like the next one but at 5"9 it far to short got me. The first one linked is to cream for me I'd prefer the back ground to be brown I did see one on an email from somewhere but can't find the email Confused

Madaboutthrows · 09/08/2014 10:45

Another kilt. You can choose your tartan www.scotweb.co.uk/products/mini-kilt-in-polyviscose/

I'd put opaques under a really short skirt. No flashing my kecks. Grin
