I am 36 and despite the fact that I should be well past the acne stage, I still get the occasional massive spot. I am getting married in a month and would prefer not to have an aforementioned massive spot in my expensive pictures.

So:

1. Does a miracle spot treatment exist that shrinks said spot and tones down redness quickly?

2. If not, what is the best product for covering up the spot?
