Trilogy Rosehip Oil Antioxidant +

Have used Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate for some time as a night serum/oil. I like it very much but keep reading great things about rosehip oil so I've gotten the above. Has anyone tried it? Liked it? Broken out from it??

I have this oil, and never EVER got spots, broke out like a teenager after using it, ended up giving it away.

I've used Trilogy oil for at least five years, first the original and now the antioxidant + one, and never get spots. I love it.

Dontlaugh, did you stop using it immediately? Or wait a while to see if your skin adjusted? I tend to break out as a first reaction to almost all new products. Maybe I'll start off using every other night to see how it goes...

Zacharyquack, any tips on best use? I see some people mix a drop or two with moisturizer at night and some go ahead and just slather their face in it. I generally use a good 5-6 drops of the kiehl's.

I tried for about a month.

I use about 3 drops on clean skin, under moisturiser, twice a day. Just smooth it on like a serum, don't try to massage it in like a face oil.

I use Trilogy's and it's fabulous.

I always feel I have done something wrong with this bloody Trilogy oil when I read these threads!
Everyone seems to love it, except me.
I so wanted it to work, and gave it so many chances, but in the end had to concede defeat.
Makes a nice massage oil though Smile

An expensive one, though!

Dontlaugh · 30/07/2014 22:21

Ah yes, Anony, I'm worth it Wink

Hahaha
I was first out onto the stuff by the salesman in the local health good shop. Of had major surgery to my spine and the most keloid of scars he'd ever seen. Physio had sent me in for some bio oil and he urged me to go for trilogy's rosehip oil. It was INCREDIBLE. scar turned into 'bogies' and disappeared within days truly amazing. Anyway, don't slather yourself for massage. KEEP IT. use it on areas you'd like to heal beautifully! My unsolicited advice.
