I started using the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel and the matching La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo Anti-Blemish Cream last week. I use both the face wash and cream twice a day - morning and bedtime.
This morning I noticed that the corners of my mouth and sides of my chin were quite red and dry looking (like very, very mild eczema). Is this normal for the cream (i.e. will it go away?), is it a reaction, or just a coincidence?
I started using the wash and cream after reading on MN about it being good for hormonal spots. I'm going to be disappointed if I have to return to my usual spottiness!
