Non sticky lip gloss, does one exist? Without applicator pref

Sitting on a windy beach today with my hair blowing into my face and getting stuck!

Any recommendations for a non tacky/sticky lip gloss gratefully received.

I like lip crayons, they're kind of a cross between a lipstick, lip gloss and lip balm but not sticky. The Bourjois ones are nice.
