So I have an express pedi but feel it needs to be rougher! Not removing enough hard skin from heels. Any tips?

Sand them with a sander! Works so well.

Try the footner there was a thread about it a few weeks ago. It's like a chemical peel for feet and all the dead/ hard skin just peels off. It did take about 10 days for all mine to peel off and is gross but I'd recommend, even if just for the gross skin peeling Grin

Go to a chiropodist and get all the dead skin cut off, then you will be able to keep them nice using your express pedi.

Chiropodist! - by the time you've paid for Footner/files/pumice and other DIY options you will have spent as much as a chiropodist charges but not have nearly as good results.
You will leave the chiropodist with baby soft feet and walking on air.

In the summer I have to use mine 2 to 3 times a weeks
