Please help my poor lifeless boobs

They are TOTALLY flat at the top. I am a size 10 on top and a 34D in a wonderbra - the full effect one is the only one that gives me any sort of cleavage. But my boobs are SO wrinkled and deflated after breastfeeding and significant weightloss that I am seriously contemplating an augmentation.

I need uber padding in order to plump the wrinkles out. Any recommendations please? I am desperate. And feeling really rather down about it. My breasts used to be enormous! (With the fat....) so have never had this issue before. Any help would be very much appreciated.

If you're a size 10 you may well be in the wrong size bra (there are loads of threads about how to measure properly) so you should make sure you are definitely wearing the correct fitting bra. I am a size 12 and my band is a 32. My boobs are small and deflated too. I find balcony style bras give me a bit of oomph. I just don't fill other styles properly.

When fud you stop breast feeding?

Mine were like yours for about 1-2 years, then plumped up and nice again now. Miraculously! They were sad little tea bags after I quit breastfeeding!

You are definitely in the wrong size bra - your band size is huge! For comparison I'm a size 16-18 and wear a 34 band.

Hopefully one of the bra interveners will be along soon to help you out. Have you got a measuring tape ready?

StatisticallyChallenged · 27/07/2014 19:53

OK, first off...measure according to this guide

I suspect the size isn't right which won't be helping much. Style wise, you might well fill back out but balconettes and half cups are your friends just now - you're looking for something without much of a "top" to the bra as that's where it tends to gape. Especially bad on moulded styles!

Mine took a good while to rein flats after breastfeeding. They were like deflated balloons for a good while afterwards, just sad and empty looking. Now they are back to being bouncy!

VerucaInTheNutRoom · 27/07/2014 20:09

Rein flats? REINFLATE

Freya deco post dc feeding etc... Give me amazing shape
I looked like I'd had a lift Blush
They aren't sexy to look at but the fit and after is good

A 34 seems to fit well though? It's hard this bra buying malarkey! I shall steal my husband's tape measure.

I stopped breastfeeding about 2.5 months ago. To be honest I could deal with the deflating, it's the wrinkled appearance which is so horrid!

I will hunt for uber padded balconettes.

Thank you ladies!

I'd hazard a guess it feels ok because the cup size is wrong...if the cup is small it steals band fabric to compensate so you don't always spot it
