I'm currently in Istanbul and it's HOT. I'm not one who does well in the heat as I have red hair and white skin and cover up to .protect my skin which isn't so bad as it's Ramadan and you get less hassle when covered up in Muslim countries....... so what's your secret to looking good in the heat? The Spanish and Italians do it so well the Russians not so much.
