I ordered a bag from the Cruise website about a month ago. They have been sending me an absolutely ridiculous number of emails since - today I have received 6 and I'd bet on another couple before the end of the day!
I have repeatedly clicked on the 'unsubscribe' link which confirms that I am unsubscribed, I have sent them angry emails. I am receiving more, if anything!
Is there a reporting body or something?! I have just filtered to my spam folder, but they also use a variety of sender addresses! They are a supposedly reputable designer site - it was a Sophie Hulme bag I bought from them, it was clearly shop soiled and marked so I returned it. So, avoid.
