I placed an order online for collection in store, it was a few summer bits for dd (8) as the selection in store is rubbish. notification that it was in store on Friday, I collected sunday. the items were all sealed in the courier plastic postal bag and then each item inside was in a see through poly bag, shorts all fine, dress fine, white vest top with crochet back, has a huge stain on it, like a tea/coffee, dirty water stain.
Tried calling cs but no reply, so leave a message on facebook as well as emailing with customer number and picture of the stain. Got a reply today o say to send the item back and they will test it to see how the stain happened and then refund me if deemed not my fault!!
First and last river island order.
