Problems with ATTERLEY ROAD

Has anyone ordered from this company and actually got there goods?

I'm very annoyed as I've been trying to chase up an order that hasn't arrived and no one is getting back to me. I'm close to ringing up my credit provider and requesting a reversal of payment as I'm fed up now.

Anyone dealt with them? At least then I'd know it's an actual company and not some kind of scam!

I found their service to be exemplary. I'd read a few bad comments but was lured by the sale bargains. Goods arrived quickly, beautifully packed and with free returns. Ordered, returned and refunded in about a week so definitely not a scam but maybe a bit hit and miss.

Oh ok well that's good. I don't mind waiting a bit as long as the scarves and other treats get to me eventually, and I do understand that sale is a busy time...

Oh well I hope I hear something soon.

Hello OP - This is going to sound a bit random but bear with me!

When my Atterley Road order arrived last week (I'd ordered a Becksondergaard scarf after seeing a sale tip off on here) it also had someone else's entire order packed in with mine complete with their invoice. I phoned AR and explained that I had received it in error and they asked me to send it back which I haven't yet had opportunity to do, but I made sure to give them the name and address from the other invoice so that they could let the other customer know where their lovely stuff had disappeared to! I'm wondering if this order is yours?? Two scarves and a black embellished necklace/neck collar?

No, that's not mine but I guess it explains the sort of thing that might be holding it up. I've waited quite a while for things before (not from this company), it happens and I'm not usually too bothered. I was mostly annoyed that I haven't heard back yet. It might sound silly but now that I know it's not a very glossy and elaborate scam to get my money for nothing I feel a lot better :-D

I'll give them some more time and see what happens.

Oh well I really hope your stuff turns up soon - for what it's worth the girl I spoke to at AR seemed mortified that it had happened and was very apologetic indeed.

I've ordered from them a few times but haven't returned anything. Their service was fantastic and I would definitely order from them again. They have some great bargains in their sale.

I am going to have to live on beans on toast for a very long time with the spending I've done this month. Except I'm unable to eat carbs so i guess it'll just be beans!

I'm having to exercise extreme self control to avoid dipping into the AR sale again. Enjoy your bargains!
