I used roc sensitive but it did make me spotty. I wondered if there were any other good retinol based creams for night time? Not of course costing the earth!!

La Roche Posay Redermic.

Retinol based creams should clear up spots - although you may get a few pop up as you start. Roc is controversial for making unsubstantiated claims and may not actually contain much retinol.

Is it good? It looks a reasonable price. Do you use it?

Yes, I think it's good. LRP is a v sound brand. Just take it easy to start with and use every other day as some people do get irritation to start with.
