Freya swimsuit sizing?

I have had a nightmare trying to find a swimming costume that fits me at all this summer. I want to have one more go with a Freya swimsuit. Does anyone know how the sizing comes up?

I am a 12 and wear a 32 F bra usually. I was thinking of ordering this size and a 34E but I have had such a disaster this year trying on things that are supposed to be my size that I thought I would try here for guidance first.

I had a Freya swimsuit. I wear a 32e, ordered 32e and it fit perfectly. BUT - the swimsuit fabric rotted after 6 month of use once or twice a week, even though it was a sporty costume with chlorine resistant fabric.

Thanks. Not encouraging about the fabric though. The one I'm looking at is reduced to about £30. Worth it?

In my experience with Freya swim you're right to try both your usual size and up-a-back-down-a-cup-size.

If you carefully rinse after every swim you will delay the rotting. I'm a regular swimmer, and favour Zoggs, who do swimwear in bra sizes that is made out of chlorine resistant fabric. Since switching to Zoggs, I've not had to buy a new cozzie because the chlorine has eaten it but have bought a couple because I fancied a change

I rinsed mine straight after every swim...

I think you'll probably be Ok in your normal size -I often go up a back down a cup but that's because I have a 30 back and 14-16 hips. A 32 should fit a 12 just fine.

Thanks. I tried a Zoggs one but it gaped so much around the arms it was comical.

I have now noticed that this Freya one has an underwire, which I don't want because they add another level of difficulty to the fitting. So many DD+ swimsuits seem to have them. It is so frustrating! Why does buying a blooming swimming costume have to be so difficult!

The wires/bra parts of freya swimsuits fit very similarly to their bras, they use the same wires I think so if you normally wear their bras you should be ok.

Personally I need the underwires!

Thanks. I have so little faith I will ever find one!
