Best nail polish remover

I mainly wear dark nail polish and am always scrubbing like mad to remove it, I normally use the remover pads but I find I am going through them at a rate of knots. Can anyone recommend anything?

Have you tried an OPI one. I find there's much less scrubbing needed with that. Also, soak a cotton wool pad, hold it on the nail for a good few seconds before you wipe.

I use boots conditioning remover. No problems getting dark polish off.

Lidl do a fab one, acetone free and cheap as chips.

My Mum bought me this little pot by Nails Inc that has a specially shaped sponge inside soaked with remover. You just shove a finger in and give it a wiggle and it takes it straight off with no traces.

Genius.

here

I wear a lot of dark colours and wouldn't go back to the pads -which take ages and smear it all over the place.

We have one of those pot ones and don't like it at all . The Cutex range were recommended to me and they work really well with dark colours .

Bourjous do a pot one in a similar pink pot at Boots. I bought 2 on offer at same price as one of nails inc. It works very well, though takes more than 2 seconds if you have a gelish type polish on.

Cutex 'Ultra Cleansing' all the way.

I had the same problem until I discovered it - even dark colours come cleanly off with a couple of swipes with it - other removers and I'm there scrubbing and getting through bags of cotton wool.
