How do fellow fringe wearers keep it in place? I have a similar style to Dawn O porter-minus the ridiculousness of hers but at the slightest puff of a breeze my fringe splits and I end up looking naff. I do have quite thin hair..

Dawn porters is very thick. Is yours? Maybe make it thicker! Get the hairdresser to cut from further back. It will be more weighty then.
I blow dry mine into place and then spray with hairspray and it stays in place. My friend puts a roller in hers and gives it great shape which holds well once she removes it. I think good hairspray is your friend.
