Please help me find a handbag!

I've fallen in love with Mulberry's Tessie hobo bag but just can't justify spending that much on a handbag. I'm looking for something similar - in a smooth leather (brown - doesn't matter what shade), that can fit over my arm and that can be worn with boots and a nice outfit and will look smart and sophisticated. I've done a lot of internet browsing but can't find anything I like? I'd like to keep it around (or under) £100 if possible - any suggestions?

I've got one of these in diff colour from couple years ago, tis gorg and SO similar to new Mulberry Tessie ;)

I bought that style in cream with brown straps and it has lasted well for 2 years now . . ( and I am a mucky person when it comes to caring for bags!)
