& Other Stories online returns

Does anyone know how long they take to process returns? Returns package was posted 10 days ago but I've not heard from them that it's arrived - is that normal?

4-6 weeks is normal (but crap). Drives me crazy.

Really, really crap. If I didn't like some of their things so much, I wouldn't bother. Ditto H&M and my love of a bargain - that's all that keeps me using their online "service".

Mango dispatches from Barcelona (& Other Stories from Germany), thus the long delivery times, but at least you can return things to the store w Mango (unlike & Other Stories).

Admittedly I didn't check but I just assumed it'd be ok to return in store. Delivery was really quick, so it threw me that I hadn't heard anything about the return. Ah well, I'll sit tight and be patient :)

My return was posted last Tuesday and I've just received an email.

Hmm ok I think I might email them - mine was sent the Friday before yours but I've heard nothing. Thanks.
