Showerproof summer rain jacket with hood?

The kind that you can chuck over shorts during a summer shower and that covers your bottom, and still look a bit stylish without getting wet.

This sort of thing, but with a little bit of waterproofing, without being 100% sweaty poly/nylon.

Anyone got a good one?

I have this m.jackwills.com/en-gb/product/feldon-mac-10000381902 in a floral colour way that they don't seem to do any more. I love it, you can scrunch it up really small and it is so useful.
