What face serum do you recommend to put on under your moisturiser?

Boots No 7 are good, but can you recommend others to try?

I have very dry skin

Thanks

I love Origins Perfect World. Not cheap but worth it, imho.

I like the Estée Lauder one. Have very dry/ combination skin. It's expensive but a large bottle lasts me 6 months

Superdrug's Naturally Radiant serum is surprisingly good. I'm on my third bottle.

Vitamin E moisture serum from the Body Shop. It's really good and is never full price if you get it online because there are always codes, usually about 40% off, around.

I like Clarins Always perks up my skin

Elliptic5 · 09/07/2014 21:53

Clarins double serum when I can afford it, Protect and Perfect the rest of the time.

Floisme · 09/07/2014 22:58

None. No-one has ever persuaded me that they do anything other than get you to buy two products instead of one. If your skin is dry I would just look for a richer moisturiser.

Very dry and dehydrated here and I'm loving Superdrug Radiance 2 in 1 Moisturiser and Serum. It's a super rich serum, very moisturisng but soaks in quickly like a serum. Very good price too.

Lottapianos · 10/07/2014 13:15

Oh and I have noticed a difference to my skin since using it, it looks plumper and eye lines have almost disappeared

Aesop Parsley Seed anti-oxidant serum or the new No7 Protect & Perfect Advanced.
The first one is lovely and in summer it's enough on it's own. In winter, I use a moisturiser on top.

The Shiseido Ibuki range is also very nice. The Softening Concentrate works like a serum and then the Refining Moisturiser goes on top. These two products were brilliant over the winter, and they aren't too much for my skin now it's hot outside.

Jan Marini Biolgycolic Lotion is brilliant. I use it at night though, not under moisturiser. And although I have combo skin, it's not so much for dryness but more for the other issues (keeps my skin clearer and smoother).

I'm a massive perfect and protect fan!

After about a week wearing it, I am pretty much always asked for ID! I hadn't been asked for a few years before wearing it, so it must be doing something.

20somethingnomore · 10/07/2014 14:42

Bloody hate the advert though! Grrrr

VByzant · 11/07/2014 22:57

Origins Andrew weil, anti redness. Not cheap but lasts ages and is super moisturizing/

Hydraluron by Indeed Labs will change your life dramatic.
