Botox advice - Herts/Bucks

I'm really considering getting my '11' zapped. I am so concerned about getting frozen, or 'spocked' and what if I hate it? I'd be grateful for local recommendations though for Herts/Bucks area. I'm having that personal conversation about 'should/shouldn't I'. Mainly because I kind of want to be natural, but equally,I don't want plot look haggard! I know it's been done before on Mumsnet but aargh ghh!!!
