black/south Asian summer make up

MN with black or Asian heritage what do you wear in terms of summer make up? I end up just wearing gold eyeshadow, and/or mascara and lip gloss; but it is really boring and I've been doing this for years now.

Other colours that I might wear are silver/glittery eyeshadow or pink. If too much mascara is worn it looks messy and heavy. My sister wears bronzer, but with a baby it would just get wiped off me.

I need ideas from similar ladies to get out of this rut. Winter make-up is so much more varied and exciting for darker skins, but summer.....?

Try some of these. I am white myself but just had a look for you. No idea what the posters are like but the pictures look interesting. I expect most are American. I only like a few American posters as they tend to talk too much about crap or are screechy/whiney. Sorry but that;s what I have found!!

Tea, I'm Asian and in summer I wear:

Gold/bronze eyeshadow with teal/turquoise liner/shadow in outer thirds of top and/or bottom lid

Or

No eyeshadow, just mascara, nude eyeliner on waterline and bright orange/coral/hot pink lipstick, neutral blush

Or

Sculpt/contour face with matte bronzer, then buff shimmery bronzer on cheekbones, lids + pop of coral blush on apples of cheeks. Brown smudgey eyeliner, mascara, shimmery nude gloss/lipstick.

(Disclaimer - I sell makeup so am required to wear at least 5 visible items on shop floor, so I have a vast makeup collection )

I bright blue liner would look great with some contour and nude lipstick.
